Prevention
1. know who's at risk - smokers, people with diabetes, people with a family history of cancer
2. Quit Smoking
3. Keep your weight at a healthy level - exercise regularly
4. Eat more whole grains, fruits and vegetables
5. Take more Vitamin D - 400 IU per day
6. Get involved in the fight against cancer by volunteering your time
7. Reduce consumption of Red Meat, Processed Meat and Carbonized Meat
8. Eat Fish
9. The Power of Thought - positive thinking, intention and prayers
10. Do Blood Tests for All Cancers per year
