NUTRITION AND CANCER....SAVE LIFE.....SPREAD THE WORDS

Proper Nutrition helps Prevention of Cancer by:
1. Protecting Cells from Damage
2. Enhancing Immunity
3. Changing Estrogen Metabolism
4. Improving Communication among Cells
5. Detoxifying Carcinogens
6. Repairing Cell Damage
ANTI-CANCER FOOD
1. Adequate, but Not Excessive Calories
2. Choose a Diet rich in a variety of plant-based foods
3. Eat plenty of dark green Vegetables and Fruits a day...very rich in beta-carotene, folic acid & antioxidants
4. Eat foods high in fibre such as Strawberries, Blueberries, Apple, etc.
5. Don't Eat food with much sugar......reduce sugar intake
6. Don't Eat food with much flour and salt
7. Eat food with Low in Fat, but with Omega 3 fatty acid...e.g. Fish such as Tuna, Salmon, Herring, Mackerel, and Halibut
